Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major construction project in Northamptonshire on a 12-month contract, paying £290-£320 per day (CIS or PAYE).

You will oversee electrical installation works, coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams, enforce RAMS and safety standards, and report progress to Project Managers to keep the programme on track. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising electrical installations on large construction/M&E projects.
• Valid CSCS Card is required.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation works across the project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and electrical operatives on site.
• Monitor progress to align with project programmes.
• Conduct quality inspections meeting required standards.
• Ensure activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Review RAMS and permit systems on site.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients, and other trades.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain momentum.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting.
