Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical operatives across Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding Essex area. You will ensure safe, compliant delivery of works and maintain high workmanship standards on site.

You will provide technical support to engineers, conduct quality inspections, and ensure adherence to current regulations and company procedures while supervising subcontractors and maintaining effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing, inspection, fault finding and certification.
• Experience supervising electrical operatives and subcontractors.
• Excellent knowledge of current electrical regulations and industry best practices.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical operations on site in Southend-on-Sea and surrounding Essex areas.
• Provide technical support to engineers and carry out quality inspections.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, compliantly and to high quality standards.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities and supervise operatives/subcontractors.
