Job summary

VIVID is recruiting two Electrical Supervisors to lead a team of electricians and contractors delivering high-quality, compliant services from the Basingstoke office, covering the North Hampshire area. You’ll drive performance, supervise staff, and ensure customer-focused delivery.

You’ll conduct quality inspections, sign off certifications, manage budgets, and support broader compliance across the operation. City & Guilds Level 3, 18th Edition, and 2391 or equivalent are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have City & Guilds Level 3 and 18th Edition Regulations.
• Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) required.
• Experience leading electricians and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electricians and contractors to deliver repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
• Conduct regular 1-2-1s and 90-day reviews; identify training needs and timeframes.
• Oversee inspections, certifications, and compliance with policies and budgets.
• Manage departmental budgets and control expenditure while ensuring customer satisfaction.
