Job summary

Mears Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor for our Birmingham contract, delivering electrical works across planned and reactive maintenance with a focus on safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Based in Birmingham, this full-time, permanent role offers 42.5 hours per week, a salary up to £45,000, a company van and fuel card, and supportive development within a large housing maintenance programme.

Qualifications

• Qualified supervisor with 18th edition electrical installation.
• NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installation.
• AM2 Certification.
• City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent for Test and Inspection.
• Full UK driving licence and extensive housing maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of electrical works across planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards.
• Supervise operatives and manage subcontractors as required.
• Monitor progress via site visits to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Compile operational reports and support client meetings.
• Maintain assets, tools, vehicles and PPE.
