Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Domestic & Commercial Electrical Supervisor in Scunthorpe to lead a team of five electricians on domestic and commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to exacting standards. The role offers a £55,000 per annum salary, permanent full-time hours Monday to Friday, with training and development into management.

Prior supervisory experience is not required as full training is provided for long-term career

Qualifications

• Experience as an electrician with a strong domestic and commercial background.
• Ready to step into supervision or management and lead a small team.
• Excellent safety knowledge and a focus on high-quality workmanship.
• Able to guide, organise and motivate others to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of five electricians.
• Coordinate daily workloads and allocate tasks.
• Oversee domestic and commercial electrical projects.
• Monitor workmanship, productivity and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and practical support to the team.
