Job summary

Bimplus in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects across South Wales. You will lead site teams, coordinate activities and ensure delivery to programme, safety standards and quality.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, CSCS/ECS, SSSTS/SMSTS, and a full UK driving licence. You’ll work with Project Managers and stakeholders to drive projects to completion and support the business growth.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• ECS / CSCS Card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous experience supervising electrical installation teams.
• Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate site activities effectively.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to quality, safety and project delivery.

A well-established and growing electrical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects across South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical professional with strong site leadership skills who enjoys managing teams, maintaining high standards and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on programme.

Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, you'll play a key role in supervising electrical installations from start to finish while supporting the continued growth of the business.

The Role
