Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is helping a fast-growing electrical provider recruit an Electrical Supervisor for a local patch in Scunthorpe. You will supervise a team of four electricians, plan tasks and coordinate daily work while remaining hands-on with installs and maintenance.

The role offers a clear progression path into an office-based supervisor position with training in estimating. A relevant electrical qualification and a valid UK driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.
• Electrical qualifications and hands-on commissioning experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team on electrical projects, including renewables, is advantageous.

Are you an experienced Electrician, ready to take the next step in your career with a fast-growing electrical and renewable energy provider?

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 4 electricians, performing installations and maintenance. Your day will start by conducting a toolbox talk every morning, before heading to site.

As a supervisor, you will organise jobs, allocate the team based on their skills, plan and coordinate work, alongside putting together time sheets. This will be combined with the expected hands-on duties.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to progress into an office-based supervisor position, where training on estimating can be provided.

The suitable candidate will be an experienced electrician, complimented by an electrical qualification, with a background in renewable energy.
