Job summary

NRL is seeking an experienced Electrician to join a major industrial construction project at the NZT site in Teesside. The role is onsite and runs initially until the end of October, with potential extension.

You will perform electrical installation, read drawings, and ensure compliance with current regulations, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional weekends.

• Valid JIB Gold Card
• Fit for Work Medical arranged by NRL

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation works on a major industrial construction project.
• Install and terminate containment systems, cables, and electrical equipment in line with project specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with current electrical regulations.
• Work closely with supervisors and other trades to support project delivery targets.
• Identify and report any issues affecting quality, safety, or programme requirements.
• Maintain excellent compliance with site health and safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe at all times

This role, based at the NZT site, will run initially until the end of October, however this has the potenital to be extended.
