Kier Group is seeking a Working Electrical Supervisor to join the Wastewater Asset Assurance Programme in Thames Valley. You will supervise and support electricians on Thames Water sites, delivering electrical installation services and contributing to MEICA delivery across capital frameworks.
You will mentor apprentices, produce RAMS, and ensure safe isolation practices, with opportunities to influence commissioning docs and liaise with supply chains for fault finding.

You'll play a vital role in our developing self-delivery team, carrying out hands-on electrical installation work whilst supervising and supporting fellow electricians. This is an opportunity to form a cornerstone of our MEICA delivery team, working on capital frameworks across Thames Water supply and treatment regions, providing design and build services for new and existing infrastructure.
