Job summary

ARC Group are recruiting an Electrical Supervisor / QA Supervisor for a long-term project in Luton. The role involves supervising electrical works, conducting QA inspections, and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

Experience in electrical installation, strong QA knowledge, and clear communication are essential. UK-based candidates with ECS/JIB or related certifications are preferred. The position offers a 2-year duration with weekly CIS payments and a competitive daily rate.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Supervisor or QA Supervisor or similar.
• Strong electrical installation background and QA understanding.
• Ability to identify defects and ensure corrective actions.
• Good communication and organisational skills; relevant electrical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical works and ensure installations meet standards.
• Carry out QA inspections and monitor workmanship.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Identify defects and ensure remedial actions are completed.
• Review installation quality and maintain QA records.
• Coordinate with site management, contractors and electrical teams.
• Support project team with quality control and progress monitoring.

Rate: £300 per day

ARC Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Quality Assurance Supervisor to work on a long-term project in Luton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrical professional with a strong understanding of quality assurance, inspections, electrical installation and site supervision, looking for a long-term project.

The role

• Supervising electrical works and ensuring installations are completed to the required standards.
• Carrying out quality assurance inspections and monitoring workmanship.
• Ensuring electrical works comply with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Identifying defects and ensuring remedial works are completed.
• Reviewing installation quality and maintaining accurate QA documentation.
• Liaising with site management, contractors and electrical teams.
• Supporting the project team with quality control and progress monitoring.
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety requirements.

Requirements
