Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical team on a residential construction project. You will oversee daily site operations, ensure high-quality installations, and help deliver the project on time and within budget—all while maintaining strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site electrical crews and subcontractors.

• Coordinate and schedule daily work activities and inspections.

• Read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and layouts.

• Ensure all installations meet code requirements (e.g., NEC).

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.

• Liaise with project managers, builders, and other trades.

• Maintain material inventory and order supplies as needed.

• Enforce safety policies and ensure a clean, safe worksite.

Requirements:

• Gold ECS card

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in residential electrical work.

• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and codes.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Familiar with tools, materials, and methods of the trade.
