Operational

• Provide expert guidance on electrical installations and support daily operations
• Build strong relationships with teams, clients, and consultants
• Ensure NICEIC compliance and enhance social value through apprenticeships, volunteering, and employment initiatives

Commercial

• Source subcontractors at competitive rates
• Apply knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates
• Boost team productivity and profitability without compromising safety or quality

Health & Safety

• Enforce strict safety standards and promote a positive safety culture
• Prepare RAMS, risk assessments, and method statements

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical supervision
• Skilled in repairs, maintenance, installations, and problem-solving
