Job description

Location: Hinkley Point

Start Date: 16th June

Role Brief:

The Electrical Tunnel Supervisor will plan, manage, and supervise all activities related to tunnelling assembly, start-up, maintenance, operation, and disassembly.

Duties will include:

1. Supervising all tunnelling activities, including assembly, commissioning, start-up, inspection, maintenance, and disassembly.
2. Coordinating and supervising the electrical installation and site setup for tunnelling works.
3. Managing installation, operation, and disassembly of TBM equipment.
4. Supervising the electrical tunnel team.
5. Assisting and reporting to the M&E duty holder and project management.
6. Programming and preparing all maintenance-related documents.
7. Managing all Micro tunnelling and Pipe jacking equipment, and electrical works in tunnels, ensuring compliance with method statements and specifications.
8. Managing electrical tunnel labor.
9. Performing troubleshooting and fault finding.
10. Ensuring all electrical works comply with safety, environmental regulations, and project quality standards.
