Job summary

Serco is seeking an Electrical Qualified Supervisor to provide technical guidance and audits for the electrical team across the region. You will review certification and BAU works, identify improvements, and help ensure quality and compliance to relevant standards.

You will support the Electrical Manager with regulatory compliance, identify training needs, coach staff, and travel to sites as required. This role demands strong technical knowledge and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Conduct field-based audits, engage with stakeholders, and support operational delivery across the region.

Does this sound like you?

Hold a, JIB Gold Card and 18th Edition BS7671 qualification

Hold a Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations, (#####). Have strong technical knowledge of electrical compliance, testing, inspection, and certification processes. Able to build trust with colleagues, provide coaching and support, and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Hold a valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel throughout the region as required.
