Job summary

ThreeSixty Talent is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to deliver on a long-term 33kV SSE private networks framework across Scotland. The role offers a £45,000–£50,000 salary, a company van and fuel card, and immediate start on varied projects.

You will supervise site teams on 11kV/33kV substations, ensure safety and quality, travel across Scotland, and progress through multiple sites with a long-term pipeline of work. SSSTS is essential and SSE CAT3 training may be provided.

Qualifications

• SSSTS qualification is essential.
• Experience supervising electrical works on 11kV/33kV substations.
• Experience on SSE or SPEN projects is desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel across Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinating day-to-day site activities.
• Ensuring works are carried out safely and to the required quality standards.
• Conducting site briefings and maintaining health & safety compliance.
• Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers and client representatives.
• Supporting the successful delivery of 11kV and 33kV substation projects.
