Job summary

M&E Giants Recruitment are recruiting for an Electrical Site Manager to lead electrical installation projects across the UK. The role is Midlands based with nationwide travel, permanent employment and a strong emphasis on safety, quality and delivery against programme.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, supervise electricians and subcontractors, coordinate materials, and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds or equivalent) with 18th Edition.
• ECS Card and a valid CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain one).
• Previous experience supervising electrical installation projects.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel and stay away when required.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical installation projects on commercial and industrial sites.
• Supervise electricians and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely and to programme.
• Coordinate site activities, materials and labour to maintain project progress.
• Carry out site inspections, quality checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients and other trades to ensure successful project delivery.

Electrical site manager needed in the West Midlands close to Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Telford and surrounding areas

Salary: £46,320 - £63,690 DOE (Potential Earnings up to £70,000)

M&E Giants Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager on behalf of a well-established M&E contractor. This is a permanent opportunity for someone with a strong electrical installation background who is confident leading teams and delivering commercial projects across the UK.

This role will see you taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of electrical installation projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard, whilst working alongside an experienced Project Manager.
