Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager for a major mixed-use development project in Manchester. You will lead electrical site operations, coordinate installation works, and manage subcontractors to deliver safely, on programme and to required quality.

Working with the wider site management team, you will ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and project specifications, while demonstrating strong leadership and clear communication across trades and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Site Manager on large-scale projects.
• SMSTS certification.
• Black CSCS card.
• Good knowledge of electrical regulations and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

You will work closely with the wider site management team, coordinating with other trades, monitoring progress and ensuring all electrical works comply with current regulations and project specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• Relevant electrical qualifications.
• SMSTS certification.
• Black CSCS
• Good knowledge of current electrical regulations and industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
