Job summary

RTL Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager for a commercial project in Mitcham, South London. You will manage electrical installation works, supervise on-site teams, and coordinate with the main contractor to ensure timely delivery to the required quality standards.

The role requires proven site management experience on commercial projects, with strong leadership and a solid understanding of drawings, specifications, RAMS, and site procedures.

• Identifying and resolving technical issues to prevent delays.
• Ensuring testing, commissioning, and handover documentation are completed as required.

  The successful candidate must have proven experience working as an Electrical Site Manager on commercial projects, with the ability to oversee site operations, manage electrical teams, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards., Previous experience working as an Electrical Site Manager is essential.
• Proven experience delivering electrical packages on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, drawings, and specifications.
• Valid ECS card and relevant electrical qualifications.
• SMSTS and First Aid preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements and construction site procedures.
