Base pay range

Client: A growing business operating across various sectors including commercial, residential, and education. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principles, the company anticipates continued growth through 2025. They aim to increase turnover to £200M and are expanding their operations team. Despite their size, they are a family-owned business, with over 80% of clients returning due to their reputation.

Role: Electrical Site Manager - Canary Wharf - £70,000 - £80,000 + Travel + Package (DOE)

The project involves a large commercial fit-out valued at circa £20m+ M&E.

Responsibilities:

1. Design review, including scope gaps and clashes
2. Short-term programming
3. Health & Safety management (RAMS)
4. Technical submissions
5. Coordination with sub-contractors
6. Management of commissioning stages
7. Quality assurance
8. Liaising with client teams, main contractors, and sub-contractors
9. Conducting progress meetings with stakeholders

Ideal candidate:

1. Progressed from a tools background with strong technical knowledge of electrical services
2. Experience in commercial fit-outs is essential
3. Must possess SMSTS certification
4. Experience managing projects of at least £2M within your discipline
5. Minimum of 3 years in a management role
