Streamline Services is working with one of London’s leading M&E contractors, known for their strong pipeline in the Data Centre Division.

This is a great opportunity to join a reputable M&E contractor with a proven track record in sectors such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, and Commercial projects.

Duties
  1. Report to a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager
  2. Attend on-site meetings
  3. Manage and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion
  4. Handle responsibilities related to electrical packages and QA works
  5. Coordinate with subcontractors
  6. Produce RAMS and progress reports for clients and subcontractors
Requirements
  1. SMSTS and ECS Black Card are required
  2. Experience working with M&E subcontractors is preferred
  3. Experience in Data Centre projects
  4. Previous experience as an Electrical Construction Manager
  5. Stable employment history
  6. Strong understanding of the Data Centre sector
