Job summary

Probus Recruitment Ltd in Hindley, England, seeks a Site Team Coordinator – Electrical Installations to lead a ten-strong installation team across the UK. Based at Hindley, you will coordinate projects, allocate work, manage safety documentation and communicate with customers and internal teams.

Experience in UPS/standby power or electrical installations is preferred; related roles are welcome. A full UK driving licence is required for site visits and RAMS/CDM compliance will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• Experience in RAMS and CDM processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in electrical installations.
• Familiarity with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation activity from planning to delivery, ensuring safety and schedule adherence.
• Allocate work to the installation team and monitor progress against timescales.
• Develop CDM RAMS and liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain project records and support cost control improvements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure documentation and communication with stakeholders throughout projects.
