Job Description:

Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer - Holborn, London - Up to £47,200 (£44-46k Basic + £1.2k Shift Allowance)

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work for a large maintenance company in Holborn, London, at a corporate commercial office building on behalf of a prominent property management firm. Your responsibilities will include PPMs, reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance.

The ideal candidate is a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services, working in a high-profile corporate head office environment. Due to the nature of the client, security clearance will be required.

Hours

4 Days on, 4 Days Off - 07:00am - 19:00pm - Days Only

Requirements

• Apprentice Trained
• Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
• 17th/18th Edition
• 2391 Test & Inspection
• Client Facing
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience

• Basic Salary of £44-46,000 + £1,200 Shift Allowance - Up to £47,200 Package

Duties

• Electrical and Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC systems, water treatment
• Three-phase and single-phase systems, Building Management Systems, electrical monitoring
• Air conditioning, chillers, pumps, motors, variable speed drives
• Working in large blue-chip company offices
• Collaborating within a small maintenance team to deliver excellent service
