Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer in Cardiff to cover building electrical maintenance in a commercial FM setting. Salary up to £48,000 with overtime opportunities, 4 on 4 off rota (7am–7pm). 23 days holiday and a strong benefits package are on offer.

The role requires City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations and 18th Edition, with experience in emergency lighting, BMS, and general electrical systems.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations (minimum).
• 18th Edition knowledge or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHUs, pumps, FCUs, VAVs, VRVs, splits and general air conditioning.
• Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors.

A salary up to 48k with the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime. My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance.

Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include:
