Job summary

United Living Group is seeking an Electrical SHEQ Advisor to support Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality standards across electrical engineering and infrastructure projects. You will ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and statutory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture on site.

The role involves conducting site inspections, audits, RAMS, and incident investigations, delivering toolbox talks, and helping maintain ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems across

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent required.
• Relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Engineering preferred.
• Experience in construction, electrical infrastructure, or site operations.

Responsibilities

• Support SHEQ across electrical projects, installations and site operations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and safety assessments for compliance.
• Assist in RAMS development and implementation.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety briefings and toolbox talks to site teams.
• Assist ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure safe systems of work.
• Maintain accurate SHEQ records and reporting.
• Promote a positive safety culture across projects.
