Reporting To: Technical Services Manager

Integral UK Ltd is currently recruiting for an exciting role based at 76 Southbank, a striking redeveloped office building located along the River Thames in London's vibrant Southbank.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work within Integral's Safe Systems of Work.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance according to the company's PPM and task schedules.
• Undertake PPM activities professionally and with quality.
• Engage proactively with site technology to maintain an optimal environment for occupants.
• Produce technical and situational reports as required.
• Use technology systems proactively to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
• Participate fully in your training program.
• Provide first-line out-of-hours call-out support for the site.
• Write activity reports accurately and promptly, following company procedures.
• Assist management in producing quotations by providing accurate, high-quality information for extra works.
• Attend team meetings and briefings as requested.
• Provide accurate timesheet information weekly and on time.
• Represent the company positively at all times.
• Undertake reactive maintenance as directed.
• Escalate major site issues or incidents to your line manager promptly.
• Manage Integral subcontractors on site.
• Understand and adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation and responsibilities.
• Handle, store, and use materials and equipment in compliance with relevant legislation.
• Participate actively in health and safety processes, including accident investigation, reporting, risk assessments, and audits.
• Follow reasonable instructions from supervisors and managers.
• Cooperate with the company to meet its moral and legal duties and obligations.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Recognized apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• 18th Edition certification.
• Previous maintenance experience.
• Single-site experience preferred.
