About the role

We seek an Electrical Senior Associate or Associate Director to join our team based in Cardiff or in our Southwest offices (Plymouth, Exeter, or Bristol).

This is an exciting period, especially with our recent move to a new City Centre Office in Cardiff.

As a Senior Associate or Associate Director, you will own multiple complex activities, lead large projects, manage stakeholders, monitor metrics, motivate teams, seek efficiency improvements, and help secure new business.

In this role, you will:

• Manage client relationships and foster new opportunities.
• Contribute to bid preparations.
• Lead large schemes, coordinate disciplines, and be the main client contact.
• Ensure profitability of schemes.
• Represent Hoare Lea at meetings.
• Develop and lead local teams, participate in interviews.
• Delegate, manage, and review work.
• Monitor project expenditure and report to senior management.
