Job summary

Randstad CPE is partnering with a fast-scaling manufacturing business to appoint a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias. You will operate and set up machinery, perform maintenance, and maintain accurate plant history while ensuring safety features function correctly.

The role requires time-served candidates with manufacturing experience and flexibility to work across the facility, including the Panama rota.

Qualifications

• Must be time served in a manufacturing/process setting.
• Experience in a manufacturing/process environment.
• Flexible to work in all areas of the manufacturing facility.
• Able to commit to the Panama rota.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to required standards.
• Set up machinery for production operations.
• Periodically test machine safety features.
• Complete planned and preventive maintenance schedules with clear records.
• Complete routines & works orders, recording parts used and time taken.
• Review maintenance routines to optimise resources.
• Store and record maintenance routines.
• Record plant breakdowns or work requests to build a history.
• Provide access to procedures, drawings and manuals.
• Ensure all breakdowns are reported and recorded to failure mode level.
