Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the Remlive portfolio across the full lifecycle, from development to growth and optimisation. You will drive the market introduction of AVT with the business case, requirements, competitive positioning and GTM planning.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Safety Services, Applications & Technical Support, Marketing and Sales to align with Fortress and Halma priorities, and you will help shape a 3-year product roadmap while leading

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Marketing or Technical Sales in a technical B2B environment.
• Understanding of low-voltage electrical systems, isolation procedures, LOTO/LOTOTO, and voltage testing.
• Familiarity with UL 1436, NFPA 70E, IEC 61010, IEC 61243-5, EN 50110 or IEC 61508/SIL.
• Proven product lifecycle experience from requirements to launch and optimisation.
• Strong commercial acumen including business cases and product-level P&L.
• Experience managing distribution channels and multi-market routes to market.
• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the Remlive portfolio across development, launch, growth and optimisation.
• Take the AVT to market with requirements, business case, competitive positioning and GTM plan.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Safety Services, Applications & Technical Support, Marketing and Sales.
• Support commercial growth through webinars, tradeshows, site visits and partner training.
• Maintain the 3-year electrical safety product roadmap aligned to strategic priorities.
• Lead competitive intelligence with battlecards and clear positioning.
• Run Voice of Customer activities with end users and channel partners across regions.
