Job summary

Mars Wrigley Plymouth is seeking a Reliability Technician to drive the reliability of electrical systems across the factory, supporting the master plan and continuous improvement. You will manage day-to-day electrical issues, align maintenance with production priorities, and contribute to world-class equipment availability and safety.

Qualifications

Strong electrical systems knowledge.
PLC programming and fault finding experience.
Experience developing equipment and process specifications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Production TLs to align maintenance with factory goals.
Identify, track, and resolve reliability issues with Production and Maintenance teams.
Attend FMOS meetings and own electrical/controls actions and root-cause solutions.
Drive continuous improvement of plant electrical systems and reliability.
