• Proven experience in the electrical contracting sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing budgets, cost forecasts and financial reports.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of electrical projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost forecasts and financial reports.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Prepare valuations, variations and applications for payment.
• Monitor project expenditure and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, including payments, variations and final accounts.
• Review drawings and specifications to assess costs and requirements.
• Ensure contractual compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Attend project meetings and report on commercial performance.
• Support final accounts negotiations.
