Qualifications

• Time-served in a similar role with equivalent experience.
• Experience of M3, PSA or similar Schedule of Rates required.
• Commercially aware on delivery of works.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of projects and contracts.
• Preparation and submission of job costs as per contract.
• Monitor internal KPIs to achieve targets.
