Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting a Quality Management Lead (Electrical bias) for a major energy infrastructure project in the UK. The role operates on a construction-site pattern: 2 days onsite and 3 days offsite with the supply base, reporting to the Quality Delivery Manager.

Key responsibilities include developing QA/QC arrangements, leading manufacturing surveillance, and ensuring compliance with PQCP, GQAS, LTQR and ITPS. Requires strong stakeholder engagement within safety-critical environments.

Qualifications

• QA/QC systems experience in large projects.
• Experience implementing quality arrangements across programmes.
• Proven leadership in quality assurance in safety-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA/QC arrangements for deployment across the organisation.
• Implement key quality controls (CQAP, PQCP, GQAS, LTQR, QRC, ITP).
• Lead manufacturing surveillance and review End of Manufacturing Reports (EoMR).
• Review and monitor Contractor QA Plans (CQAP) and ensure project quality compliance.
• Coordinate with supply chain and inspection bodies to deliver quality outcomes.
