Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Technician to join their Direct Services team in London. You will lead a small team of electricians, oversee repairs, maintenance, testing and compliance, and ensure a first-time-fix service.

Candidates should hold NICEIC Supervisor status, Level 3 Electrical Installation + AM2, 2391/2395, and 18th Edition, with 5+ years in electrical installation/maintenance. A full UK driving licence and on-call availability are essential.

Qualifications

• NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status required.
• 5+ years in electrical installation/maintenance roles.
• Experience supervising a team of electricians.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Lead Electrical Technician

Location: SE, E & NE London

Salary: £47,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen are currently seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Technician to join a Direct Services team within Social Housing.

You will manage and support a team of Electrical Technicians, overseeing electrical repairs, maintenance, testing and compliance. You will be responsible for managing workloads, ensuring NICEIC standards are met, carrying out quality checks and delivering a high-quality, first-time-fix service.

Requirements

• 2+ years as an NICEIC Qualified Supervisor.
• Level 3 Electrical Installation + AM2 or equivalent.
• 2391/2395 Inspection & Testing.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• 5+ years' electrical installation/maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory/team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of NICEIC, compliance and Health & Safety.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to join an emergency call-out rota.
• Basic DBS required.
