Pyramid Plus, a joint venture involving Mears Property Services, is seeking an Electrical Qualified Supervisor in Staines. You will oversee electrical works, manage a small team of operatives and subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and safety standards.

The role requires 18th Edition, NVQ Level 2/3 electrical installation, AM2, and City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent, plus a full UK driving licence. Company van, fuel card and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition qualification is essential for supervising electrical works.
• NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installation required and held.
• AM2 Certification and Test & Inspection qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 2391) needed.
• Extensive electrical experience in housing/maintenance environments desired.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

**Electrical Qualified Supervisor****Location: Staines****Salary: £54,000 per annum– company van & fuel card****Hours:** **42.5 hours per week 8am-5pm Monday - Friday****Contract: Full-Time, Permanent**Pyramid Plus is a dynamic joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, compliance, planned replacements, and fire risk assessment works. Serving over 23,500 homes, we complete more than 38,000 repairs, 1,000 void refurbishments, and install 600 kitchens and bathrooms each year. This role offers the opportunity to be a key member of the senior management team, driving the successful delivery of our planning and customer service functions at the heart of our operations.**About the Role:**We are looking for an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor to oversee the effective delivery of contract activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards. You will work closely with the client offering electrical support and advise when required. The role involves managing MCM job scheduling, ensuring meters are calibrated, and supervising a small team Operatives along with subcontractors. You will be responsible for monitoring work progress through regular site visits, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard. The successful candidate will compile operational reports, uphold Mears’ values and procedures, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will also manage employee performance, support development through coaching and training, and ensure all company assets—including vehicles, tools, and PPE - are properly maintained.
