Regen Solutions Ltd is seeking an Electrical Qualified Supervisor to join our maintenance team in Welwyn Garden City. The role focuses on reactive repairs and maintenance in social housing within the Hertfordshire area.

The position is temporary to permanent, with a van and fuel card provided on start. Applicants should hold 18th edition and the relevant testing qualifications.

Qualifications

• 18th edition certification is required.
• 2391/2394/2395 inspection qualifications are required.
• Social Housing maintenance experience is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance works in social housing properties.
• Perform day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in Hertfordshire.
• Work on site as part of a temporary-to-permanent position with van and fuel card provided.

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Hertfordshire area.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Our Client: - A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across the South East.

• 18th edition
• 2391 or 2394 & 2395

Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Electrician role.
