You will work on day-to-day repairs, ensuring safety and compliance across occupied and void properties. Applicants should hold 18th edition and NVQ Level 3 in Social Housing, with a valid UK driving

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance works in social housing, including occupied/void properties.

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the South West London area.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Our Client: - A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across the South East.
