Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician to perform maintenance works in the Social Housing sector, predominantly carrying out reactive repairs in occupied and void properties across the Kent area.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van and fuel card provided immediately. The candidate must have 18th edition, 2391/2394/2395, full tools and a UK driving licence while showing Social Housing experience.

Qualifications

• 18th edition required.
• 2391 or 2394 & 2395 qualifications.
• Social Housing experience; full tools and UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day reactive repairs in social housing properties.
• Maintain electrical systems in occupied/void properties in Kent.
• Complete tasks to required electrical standards.
