Job summary

Linea Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical package on a prestigious residential development in London. You will oversee delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover on a landmark site.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination of multiple stakeholders and deep knowledge of LV distribution, lighting and life-safety systems, with SMSTS/CSCS advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Project Manager in building services or MEP
• Strong track record delivering residential projects, ideally high-rise or large-scale developments
• Excellent knowledge of electrical building services (power, lighting, fire alarms, emergency lighting, containment, LV distribution)
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills
• Experience leading site teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications are advantageous

Location: London

Salary: £85,000 + Comprehensive Package

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading MEP contractor delivering a prestigious residential development in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the electrical package on a flagship project, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and final handover.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the electrical installation, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Managing all aspects of the electrical package throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives.
• Monitoring programme progress and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Managing procurement of electrical materials and equipment.
• Overseeing installation quality, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Managing project costs, variations, and reporting to senior management.

About You

• Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills.
• Experience leading site teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (HNC/HND/Degree desirable).
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
