Job summary

The Diamond and the Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a flagship 600-bed student accommodation development in Brent Cross, North London.

You will manage the electrical package, lead engineers and subcontractors, coordinate with M&E teams, monitor progress, procurement, ensure safety and quality, attend client meetings and support cost control through variations and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within Building Services or M&E contracting.
• Track record delivering large-scale residential or commercial developments.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services installations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders on project programmes.
• Commercial awareness to drive project performance.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.
• Relevant Electrical Engineering or Building Services qualifications.

Electrical Project Manager | Major Student Accommodation Development | North London

Our client, a highly respected Building Services Contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a flagship 600-bed student accommodation development in Brent Cross.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex MEP projects across London. With a strong pipeline of secured work spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use and education sectors, the business continues to grow and is looking to strengthen its project delivery team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Project Director, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the electrical package, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
