This is an opportunity to take a 6m private hospital project from pre-construction in the centre of Oxford. The client has a strong pipeline of work within the region.

The Candidate

• Relevant electrical qualification
• SMSTS
• Minimum 3 years experience as a PM running projects preferably within the commercial fit-out or healthcare sector
• Experience taking projects from stage 3 design.
• Tech-subs/RFI's/Value Engineering
