Job summary

The Dodd Group in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead site-based electrical projects across the Eastern region. You will plan, supervise, and deliver projects on time and to budget, coordinating with consultants, management, contractors and clients.

Based on site in Lincoln, you’ll manage health and safety, prepare method statements and risk assessments, and lead installation teams to achieve high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical/construction industry and significant experience in project supervision/management.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the execution of construction projects.
• Lead the project team and coordinate with consultants, senior management, contractors and clients.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and budget.
• Attend internal and external progress meetings.
• Health & Safety management with support from QHSE.
• Procurement of materials and preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
• Management and briefing of installation personnel.
• Resolve installation and access issues.
• Prepare and submit technical submissions and as-installed documentation.
