Dodd Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Electrical QS to join our Cambridge regional team, delivering on-site electrical works for projects based in Lincoln. You will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and support electrical compliance and QA to meet BS7671 and project specs.

The role combines hands-on site leadership with electrical QA responsibilities, requiring organisation, proactivity, and a clear safety focus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical works on site.
• Knowledge of BS7671 and current regulations.
• Ability to coordinate labour and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical works on site.
• Manage direct labour and subcontractors with daily briefings.
• Maintain site paperwork: permits, inspections, diaries, quality records.
