Emtec Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our Newcastle team, taking full ownership of electrical packages across a range of commercial projects.

You will lead site teams, develop strong client relationships, and play an active role in shaping our expanding presence in the North.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in commercial and industrial construction and fit-out sectors.
• Proven M&E Project Management experience.
• Strong commercial, design, financial, and delivery knowledge across construction contracts.
• Confident leadership style with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with a genuine passion for quality and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leading site and project teams, ensuring Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Managing project budgets, reporting, and ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Overseeing variations and tendering additional works where required.
• Providing technical support to clients and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and developing your team, driving performance.
• Building strong client relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Supporting commercial, design, and delivery coordination across contracts.
