Job summary

CBS Recruitment Limited are seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a long-term contract in Oxford. The project involves delivering full electrical and BMS package to a laboratory extension.

You will manage cost and budgets, deliver progress reports, keep the program on track, ensure health and safety standards, liaise with clients and site management, and drive the project to completion.

Qualifications

• CSCS/ECS card required; SSSTS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical and BMS systems.
• Proven success delivering full electrical packages on large commercial projects.
• Strong IT skills.

Electrical Project Manager

CBS Recruitment are looking for an Electrical Project Manager for a long term commercial project in Oxford. This is a contract position with a BMS contractor that are delivering the full electrical and BMS package to a laboratory extension.

The successful Electrical Project Manager will have:

• A CSCS / ECS card (a SSSTS is prefered)
• Strong knowledge of Electrical and BMS systems.
• Proven success delivering full electrical packages to large scale commercial projects.
• Strong IT skills.

The successful Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Cost / budget management.
• Delivering progress reports.
• Ensuring the project stays on programme.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Liaising with clients and site management.
• Seeing the project through to final completion.

In return, the successful Electrical Project Manager will receive:

• £400 per day - negotiable.
