Electrical Project Manager / Engineer
Electrical Project Manager / Engineer – Wadebridge, Cornwall – £50,000 - £60,000

The Job:

A leading renewable energy company is looking for a motivated and organised Electrical Project Manager / Engineer to join their existing team working between both the office and nationwide sites. Responsibilities will include:

• High and Low Voltage installation work when required on all projects.
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance when required on all sites.
• High and Low Voltage electrical design, plant specification and liaising with subcontracted designers for High Voltage design.
• Completing analysis of site performance to make improvements to ongoing operation.
• Identifying, recording and responding to faults, with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Completing designs and reports.
• Reviewing and monitoring all asset-managed renewable energy sites on a rota basis, including weekend cover.

The Candidate:

Essential Requirements:

• City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent.
• Level 3 Technical and Vocational Qualification or Level 3 Diploma.
• BS7671 18th Edition.
• Methodical, accurate, and process-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Driving License.
• Flexibility for working throughout the UK, including evenings and weekends.

Desired Skills:

• High Voltage experience.
• Experience working in PV design installation and maintenance.
• Experience working with onshore wind.
• CAD experience.
• Experience in communications set-up and configuration.

The Package:
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000.
Full-time position based in Wadebridge, Cornwall, with travel across the UK.
