• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Electrical Project Manager - Essex

We are a well-established and fast-growing electrical contracting company based in Essex, known for delivering high-quality electrical installations and maintenance services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of projects and a growing client base, we are looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee a range of exciting projects across Essex, the North London Boroughs, and Kent.

The Role:

As our Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects. Youll manage multiple sites, ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This is a client-facing role that demands excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee site operations and coordinate with site managers and electricians
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations, standards, and health & safety requirements
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Manage project documentation, reports, and risk assessments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the construction or electrical contracting industry
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• SMSTS/SSSTS and ECS/CSCS card preferred
• Strong understanding of BS7671 Wiring Regulations and health & safety legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
