Electrical Project Manager / Near Tunbridge Wells (Projects across London, Home Counties) / GBP60,000 GBP80,000 inclusive of Quarterly Performance Bonus

Current Affairs Electrical Contractors is looking for a talented and driven Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. If you re passionate about delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects and want to be rewarded for your impact, this is the role for you.

The Electrical Project Manager Role:

You ll lead the end-to-end delivery of electrical projects ranging from GBP100k to GBP1.5M, ensuring seamless execution from design through to handover. Working closely with our Contracts Directors and Senior Leadership Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple CAT A & B fit-out projects
• Overseeing budgets and profitability with support from the finance team
• Client liaison and progress meetings
• Reviewing design and tender documentation
• Managing stage 3 & 4 design submissions with CAD and design teams
• Producing technical submittals and project reports
• Attending internal review and planning meetings

Skills & Experience:

We re looking for someone with strong leadership and technical experience who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment;

• Minimum 3 years as an Electrical PM or Senior Site Supervisor
• Background in Design & Build commercial office fit-outs
• Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong electrical design knowledge, including lighting design

Required Qualifications

• BS7671:th Edition
• ECS Gold or Black Card
• C&G NVQ3 or higher
• HNC in Electrical or Building Services (preferred but not essential)

Location & Travel

Our office is based 4 miles southeast of Tunbridge Wells, at the Kent/East Sussex border. Projects are primarily in London and the Home Counties.
