Electrical Project Manager - Large Hyper Scale Data Centre

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a large Hyper Scale Data Centre project in West London.

Our client is involved in projects across various sectors including Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare, Education, and Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Report to a Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager.
• Attend on-site meetings.
• Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee technical submittals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure quality assurance works for electrical packages.
• Prepare RAMS and progress reports for subcontractors and clients.

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is required.
• Experience working with M&E subcontractors is preferred.
• Experience in commercial projects, with a preference for Data Centres.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of stable employment history.
• Good understanding of shell & core works on commercial projects.
