Falcon Green is working with a market-leading Principle Contractor recruiting an Electrical Project Manager for a commercial project in London.

The project spans sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre, and Petrochemical, with a value exceeding £30 million.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Site QA for the Electrical package, including setup and closeout of files.
• Coordinate Project Schedule with the team, Engineer, and Client.
• Oversee sub-contractor activities, monitor progress, and hold weekly meetings.
• Possess knowledge of electrical systems in commercial settings.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Manage snagging system and weekly punch lists.
• Track labour hours and report to the project team.
• Attend various project meetings and reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including safety records.
• Provide weekly safety statistics and labour projections.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Commercial and Install/Maintenance roles.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to mobilize quickly to the project site.
