You will lead electrical design coordination and site delivery across two locations, ensuring pre-construction deliverables and client liaison meet project milestones. The role covers initial planning in Westminster and moving to Weybridge for site delivery, with a strong track record in life sciences or cleanroom projects preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• Strong electrical construction and installation background.
• Experience with pre-construction and design coordination.
• Experience delivering complex commercial or specialist projects.
• Laboratory, cleanroom, pharmaceutical or life sciences experience highly desirable.
• Candidates based in West / South-West London particularly encouraged.

Electrical Project Manager - Westminster / Weybridge

Location: Westminster / Weybridge, West London

Sector: Life Sciences / Laboratories / Cleanrooms / Technical Construction

Contract: 12 Months

Contract Rate: £400-£410/day

Permanent Salary: Up to £85,000 + Package including Company Car

Potential: Temp-to-Perm / Permanent

We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major UK technical services and engineering business delivering complex projects across the Life Sciences, laboratory and specialist facilities sectors.

This is a strong opportunity to take a project through the full lifecycle, starting with pre-construction and design coordination in Westminster, before moving into the site delivery phase in Weybridge.

You’ll be joining an established engineering business with a strong reputation for delivering technically complex projects for major UK clients, with genuine potential for a long‑term position.

The Role

First 6 months - Westminster

1. Pre-construction and project planning.
2. Electrical design coordination.
3. Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
4. Coordinate with consultants, designers and the client.
5. Procurement and subcontractor engagement.
6. Programme and project preparation.

Following 6 months - Weybridge

1. Lead the electrical installation and delivery phase.
2. Manage subcontractors, labour and site activities.
3. Coordinate electrical works with other disciplines.
4. Monitor programme, quality, costs and progress.
5. Manage testing, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities
